I became a scientist because of my community. Growing up in South India, I witnessed firsthand how neglected tropical diseases devastated lives: not because cures didn’t exist, but because the market didn’t see them as valuable.

That experience shaped my approach to problem-solving. I pursued science to develop solutions, working across the UK, India, and the Netherlands in drug discovery and therapeutic development. But along the way, I realized that science alone isn’t enough; true impact requires vision, a sense of self-determination and a keen insight into navigating markets, aligning innovation with demand, and ensuring ideas don’t just exist, but thrive. I do this with a singular focus to uplift our communities.

Today, my mission is to build learning tools that help people grow — and earn. Whether it’s reskilling mid-career professionals, upskilling teams in emerging industries, or designing education products that lead to real employment pathways, I focus on what matters most: practical, purposeful learning.
