I became a scientist because of my community.

Growing up in South India, I saw how neglected tropical diseases devastated lives, not because solutions didn’t exist, but because the systems in place didn’t value the people affected. That experience shaped everything I do: I pursued science not just to explore, but to act.

Since then, I’ve worked across India, the UK, the Netherlands, and Canada in biotech, global health, startups, and higher education. I’ve seen how promising ideas stall, not for lack of merit, but because they’re misaligned with regulatory demands, market dynamics, or stakeholder priorities. Building something that nobody wants or cares about is the number one reason that start-ups fail. An expensive mistake.

That’s where I focus: helping life sciences, healthcare, and AI-driven teams move from concept to clarity, and from evidence to execution. I bring strategic insight to regulated innovation— mapping pathways through complexity so meaningful ideas can thrive.

My goal has never changed: to uplift communities through practical, systemic change. Whether guiding a healthtech founder through their first clinical strategy or helping a public institution rethink its role in workforce transformation, I bring rigor, empathy, and strategic momentum to the table.
