Mission Ready

The Government of Canada awarded $66.9B in contracts in 2024–25, and about 90% of contracts each year are under $25,000: work sized for small businesses, once you are registered and findable. Mission Ready takes Alberta SMEs from unsure to bid-ready in one day.

Who it is for

  • Associations and continuing education units integrating vetted programs into their own offerings
  • Leadership teams that need ongoing advisory support through a transformation

What you walk away with

  • Working tools and frameworks your team keeps using after the session
  • Success measures defined before delivery begins

AI Opportunity Assessment

A structured evaluation of where AI creates genuine value for your organization. Four areas: a readiness diagnostic, an ROI framework, risk and governance review, and training design. It ends with a scoped proof of concept, so your first AI investment is a tested decision rather than a bet.

Who it is for

  • SMBs and associations facing a named platform or adoption decision
  • Organizations whose question is "where do we start," not "which tool do we buy"
  • Boards that require evidence of ROI before approving technology spend

What you walk away with

  • A readiness assessment specific to your operations and data
  • An ROI framework ranking your candidate use cases
  • A risk and governance review matched to your regulatory context
  • A scoped proof of concept with defined success measures

Why a diagnostic first? Most failed AI projects fail at selection, not implementation. The assessment sends your budget to the use case the evidence supports.
